  • Breath: calm the physical body and allow the energy to flow unimpeded
  • To meditate quiets down the mental chatter that creates emotional upheaval
  • Develops mindfulness through focusing the thought processes into amore positive structure
  • Creates an awareness of one’s Spiritual Self or Higher Self
  • Guided imagery: Balances the chakras (energy vortexes) with visualization techniques to open, cleanse and recharge the chakras.
In group class or private sessions, Micheline will practice meditation to bring healing and spiritual guidance when necessary.
